CamScanner Charged Despite Free Trial Cancellation

After signing up for the CamScanner free trial, I immediately submitted a cancellation request. However, my account was never canceled, and instead, ₺969.99 was unfairly withdrawn from my account.

This charge was made completely outside of my control. I had no intention of continuing the subscription, and I do not even use the account anymore. It is unacceptable for money to be taken after a cancellation request has been made.

I am demanding that this amount of ₺969.99 be refunded immediately and that my account be permanently canceled. Customers should not be forced to pay for services they do not want or use.
