CamScanner Charged Me $13 During a Free Trial and the Subscription Doesn’t Appear

On January 15, 2026, I logged into the CamScanner app on my Android phone using my account z************@gmail.com** and selected the free trial option. Despite choosing the free trial, an automatic charge of approximately $13 was taken from my account the same day.
After the charge was made, I tried to cancel the subscription through Google Play, but no active subscription appears in my account. Because of this, I am unable to cancel the subscription or make any changes related to the transaction. I have Google Play transaction records and screenshots clearly showing that the payment was taken.
I request a full refund of the $13 that was charged without my knowledge or consent under the name of a free trial, and that the hidden or non-visible subscription be canceled immediately.
