CamScanner App Automatically Activates Unauthorized Google Play Subscription

While using the CamScanner application on my Android device, a subscription was activated without my knowledge or consent as a result of an action I took unintentionally. Every day, I receive mobile notifications from the app stating that the payment could not be collected because my card is disabled for online transactions. I did not start this subscription voluntarily.

This subscription has been listed under my Google Play account linked to d*************@gmail.com since January 12, 2026. Up until now, I have not attempted to cancel it, but I now demand the complete cancellation of both this unauthorized subscription and all associated fee requests.

I request the immediate termination of this subscription registered to me, the cancellation of all requested charges, and a formal explanation regarding how and through which specific action this subscription was initiated.
