CamScanner Charged Me Before My Free Trial Period Was Over

I started a 3-day free trial subscription to the CamScanner mobile application via the App Store on 5 May 2026. According to the information shown, the free trial was supposed to end at midnight on 8 May 2026 and the payment was to be taken after the trial period ended. Despite this, ₺339.99 was withdrawn from my Türk Telekom mobile line in the early hours of the morning on 8 May 2026, before the free trial period ended. I did not consent to the fee being taken before the end of the trial and I consider this situation unfair and misleading, as the trial period was still ongoing at the time of withdrawal. I request that the ₺339.99 which was deducted from my line before the announced free trial period ended, be fully refunded and that my subscription be arranged in accordance with the conditions initially stated in the application.
