CamScanner Charges Customer $12 During 3-Day Free Trial Period

I signed up for a 3-day free trial of the CamScanner app on my Android device through the Google Play Store. However, during this trial period, an unauthorized charge of $12 was deducted from my account without my consent.

I refuse to accept being charged this amount for a service presented as a free trial. Upon noticing the transaction, I immediately canceled the subscription. Once my complaint is processed, I will upload and share the payment receipt.

I demand a prompt refund of the unauthorized $12 charge to my account, along with a written explanation regarding this issue.
