CamScanner Free Trial Automatically Upgrades to Paid Subscription Without Disclosure

On July 2, 2026, I downloaded the CamScanner app to start a 3-day free trial. Without my consent or prior notification, my account was upgraded to Premium, and $27 was charged to my Türk Telekom mobile line via direct carrier billing. I saw no clear disclosure or transparent warning within the app indicating that I had authorized this charge.

Because I could not find any accessible customer service phone number for CamScanner online, I am unable to contact a support representative directly. Therefore, I demand an immediate refund of the $27 billed to my mobile line and the full cancellation of any paid subscriptions on my CamScanner account.

I request that my grievance be resolved promptly and that necessary measures be taken to prevent other users from experiencing similar unauthorized billing issues.
