CamScanner App Subscription Charge Dispute After Refund Not Credited
I was unknowingly charged USD 49.99 for a CamScanner subscription through the Apple App Store on my iPhone on 26.02.2026. I did not intend to purchase this subscription and noticed the charge only afterwards. On the same day, I took steps through Apple to request a refund, and in the system, it now shows as refunded. However, the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. I use a BOC bank account in Pannala, Sri Lanka, and I have carefully checked my account, but the refund has not appeared. I do not have an order number on the receipt, only a screenshot of the charge, so I am attaching that as proof of the transaction and of the refund status shown in the system. I also tried to get support from Apple and CamScanner again, but I was not allowed to receive further help, and therefore, I have not received a clear solution. This USD 49.99 is very valuable to me at this time, and I am facing financial difficulty because of this unexpected charge. I kindly request that my CamScanner subscription payment be fully refunded to my account as soon as possible, and that I be informed once the refund has been successfully processed.
