Calzedonia Refuses to Refund Me

The pants I purchased ended up being faulty. After submitting them for inspection, there was a lack of communication regarding any updates for a period of two months. After I asked about the status, they acknowledged the problem but declined to give me a refund. After I asserted my legal entitlement to a refund, they abruptly informed me that they would not proceed with the refund unless I provided a credit card slip. I had to visit the bank in order to get the slip reference number. Finally, they decided to give a refund. Even though the tax regulation clearly states that no document presentation is necessary for refunds, they still refused to give me a refund because I didn't have a credit card slip. They insisted that I buy something else instead. The store's outdated and unlawful behavior, along with its employees, is completely unacceptable.
