Oysho Pants Showed Severe Fabric Damage and Refund Mishandled by Store
I purchased a pair of pants from Oysho’s online store, but within a short period, the product developed extreme pilling, color fading, and fabric deterioration. I took the item to the Mall of Oysho store, where the staff initially told me that since my credit card account was closed, they could accept the return and let me exchange the product instead.
However, after I handed over the items, they suddenly claimed that the refund had been issued to my closed card, meaning I could not receive a replacement. Despite repeatedly explaining that my card was no longer active, I later contacted Oysho customer service, who informed me that no refund had actually been processed and that the transaction was still pending. When I requested a receipt or proof of refund, it was never provided.
At this point, I have lost both the returned items and the payment I made. To make matters worse, the attitude of both the store staff and customer service representatives was extremely disrespectful. I demand that my refund be processed immediately and that Oysho take accountability for this poor handling of my complaint.
