Zara Sur Yapı Department Managers' Bad Attitude


I recently purchased a pair of shorts from Zara. Upon noticing a slight thread defect in the product, I decided to exchange it. However, since my size was unavailable, I opted for a refund. To my dismay, the store manager adamantly refused the return, claiming the item had been worn. Despite my protests that I hadn't worn it, they dismissed me with a reprimand, stating they don't accept returns on worn items. When I threatened to file a complaint, they arrogantly suggested I complain to whoever I pleased. Such demeanor and lack of solution-oriented approach were highly uncharacteristic of your store. This experience, marked by their dismissive attitude and refusal to listen, is a far cry from the service I've come to expect. Even if I had worn the shorts, which I didn't, selling a defective product without notice is unacceptable. I would appreciate your attention to this matter.
