Calzedonia Refund Policy Hassle

I purchased a pair of pants that turned out to be faulty. After submitting them for inspection, we received no updates for two months. When we inquired about the status, they acknowledged the issue but refused a refund. Insisting on our legal right to a refund, they then fabricated another excuse, claiming they couldn't process it without a credit card slip. We had to return to the bank to obtain the slip reference number. Eventually, they refunded the money. Despite tax regulations stating no document presentation is required for refunds, they persisted in refusing refunds due to the lack of a credit card slip, pushing us to buy something else. This outdated, unlawful behavior from the store and its employees is unacceptable.
