I Paid Online for a Burger King Menu on Yemeksepeti but My Drink Never Arrived

I placed a menu order from Burger King through the Yemeksepeti app and paid for it online in advance. But when my order arrived, it was incomplete. The drink that was clearly included in the menu—and that I paid for—was completely missing. What’s worse, no one informed me about the missing item. There was no explanation, no message, nothing.

I tried calling the contact number to resolve the issue, but it was out of service, so I couldn’t reach anyone to fix it. On top of that, the burger itself was missing several ingredients. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a full meal and get something half-done with no way to complain directly.
