Yandex Go Navigation Error Cost Me Extra

On November 12, 2025, at around 09:10, I ordered a taxi through the Yandex Go app from Çankaya Seyranbağları to Çankaya Bahçelievler. On this route that I regularly use, the app once again directed the driver through incorrect side streets instead of the main road, which unnecessarily extended the trip. Because of this, the taximeter showed $8, the driver gave a $1 discount, and I ended up paying $7. Normally, I pay around $6 for this distance.

This issue repeats from time to time, and I am forced to pay extra on my rides. I have not contacted customer service about it. I request that the error in the app’s map and routing algorithm be fixed.
