Yandex Go Support Refused to Help After Double Charge

On November 9, at around 23:28 in Ankara, I ordered a taxi through the Yandex Go app. The driver said that the car did not have a POS terminal and asked me to pay in cash, so I paid $3. However, when I later checked my card activity, I noticed that $4 had also been charged to my card for the same trip. In other words, I was charged both in cash and on my card for one single ride.

I contacted Yandex Go customer service about this issue. They told me that the payment had already been transferred to the driver’s account and that they could not assist. Since this was my first time using the app, experiencing such a problem has left me seriously frustrated.

I request a refund of the extra $4 that was charged to my card.
