Charged $13 for a Yandex Go Trip That Was Supposed to Cost $4

On November 13, 2025, at 16:33, I ordered a taxi through the Yandex Go app from Esertepe Neighborhood to Ankamall. Before the trip even started, $4 was charged through the app. However, when I arrived at the destination, the system charged me an additional $9. This resulted in an overpayment being taken from me. My transaction number is F07589.

I request a refund of the excess amount that was charged.
