On 01.11.2025 at around 23:15, I placed a special odds bet through Matbet on the Fenerbahçe–Galatasaray match played on 01.11.2025, with the condition “a water bottle hits the players.” I deposited ₺500 on this coupon, and if this special bet had won, I was supposed to receive a payout of approximately ₺1,000. The coupon is registered in my Matbet account under the username hulusi4***. When I checked the result of the coupon at around 23:00 after the match ended, I saw that my bet was marked as “lost” by the system. However, since the stated event actually occurred during the match, I believe this bet should be considered winning and the payout should have been made accordingly. Despite this, the system did not pay out the winnings. Regarding this issue, I tried to reach Matbet’s live support and customer service, but I was unable to reach anyone and received no assistance. As a result, I was deprived of my rightful winnings and could not find any responsible contact. I request that my bet be reviewed based on the specified conditions, corrected as “won,” and that my approximately ₺1,000 winnings be deposited into my account.
