I bought some things from the Bosch dealer in Istanbul, but it's been 1.5 months and I still haven't gotten them. These items were bought about 7-8 months ago, and the delivery address was confirmed for April. However, none of the items have been sent yet, which has caused a lot of stress. Every time I ask when the items will be sent, they tell me that they are still being made at the factory. The out-of-town delivery turned out to be a huge letdown, and even though we had high hopes for this big company, our trust has been broken. On top of all this, it looks like no one is trying to find a solution. I want this problem to be solved quickly and I want to be paid for my trouble.
