In December 2023, I purchased three Bosch products (Refrigerator, Washing Machine, and Dishwasher) from the authorized dealer in Bağcılar, Istanbul, with the agreement that my products would be delivered in May 2024. I was also required to sign a delivery slip stating that I would pay a storage fee of ₺6,000 if I needed to store the products beyond the agreed delivery date.
In February, my washing machine broke down, so I requested an early delivery of that item. Initially, the dealer said it wasn't possible. After contacting the headquarters, they sent the washing machine, but the refrigerator and dishwasher remained with the dealer, with a May 2024 delivery.
On May 25, 2024, I visited the dealer to inquire about when the remaining products would arrive. The dealer responded, "Didn't we send your products? I'll make a note of it; they're not available at the factory right now, but we'll call you when they are." They didn't contact me in June, so in July, I went back to ask about the products' status. They then told me I needed to pay the ₺6,000 storage fee for them to be delivered.
When I contacted the headquarters, they told me that I had to pay the fee as stated in the delivery slip. It seems they intentionally delayed sending my products and are now asking for a storage fee. I am deeply disappointed with Bosch and wanted to inform you about this experience. I have repeatedly reported the dealer's attitude toward customers to the factory, but no action has been taken. Now, it appears the factory is adopting the same policy of mistreating customers as the dealer. Shame on Bosch's representatives. I declare that I do not forgive this, and I demand that my products be sent to me immediately.
