I purchased a fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher from Bosch in Tunalı Hilmi, Ankara, Turkey, on April 27, 2023. Later, I had to relocate to Istanbul and duly informed Bosch about the transfer, even covering the associated costs. This transfer took place on August 8, 2023. Bosch assured me that the dishwasher would be delivered within a month, but to my frustration, I'm still waiting for it after all this time. Throughout this transfer process, I contacted Bosch multiple times, prompting them to deliver the fridge and washing machine separately. However, despite my persistent efforts, I've been calling them for the past three weeks regarding the dishwasher, and they seem incapable of taking action. They claim there's no dishwasher in their factory, which is quite perplexing. I'm getting married in a week, and I'm still waiting for the dishwasher to be transferred and installed. This situation has added unnecessary stress as I'm already busy with work and various other responsibilities during this period. Despite overpaying Bosch to avoid such hassles, I find myself continually having to call Bosch and their franchise, with no concrete answers or resolutions in sight. I'm still waiting for them to address this issue promptly.
