Dear Madam/Sir, I live in Turkey and people here know Bosch as a high quality and reliable brand. I have full trust on your appliances and having rare issues technically therefore mostly i am using Bosch brand tools and home appliances. Robert Bosch's saying “I have always acted according to the principle that I would rather lose money than trust." is known by most of the population in Turkey thanks to intense TV ads in the past. However, i made a purchase through "https://www.bosch-home.com.tr/" which was an absolutely awful experience. They are acting too slow that you are starting to think that they are not doing anything. They are asking me (i am a customer only) that if the item was delivered which makes me suspicious about they do not have a "SYSTEM". I was aware about the complaints about this official site (Turkish representative) of yours since i did not have an affair with them. But after i faced two big problems, i made a complaint through Turkish number 1 complaint website and by the way I become suprised by what others complained about. There are too many unpleasant complaints which may be solved too easily. I am writing this (in good faith) to warn you about a malfunctioning part of your organization since i love the job you are doing. I am using your tools without any problem. This "https://www.bosch-home.com.tr/" gives people a terrible online shopping experience. They are using your brand's recognition against people and afterwards harming your brand. You should also know, online shopping is very well done in Turkey by too many shopping sites, level/quality is high and people have a great interest in online shopping.
