I bought a Bosch refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher from the Dört Yıldız Bosch dealer located in the Ankamall shopping center at the address Gazi, Konya Devlet Yolu, Mevlana Blv. No:2, 06560 Yenimahalle/Ankara on April 25, 2023. The salesperson informed us that the products could stay in storage until August 25, 2023, and would be delivered to us within 15 days after the date we requested. We specifically asked if there would be no shipping fee because we live in Giresun, and they assured us that there would be none. When I contacted them on July 28 to have the products shipped, they insisted on charging us a shipping fee of 2400 TL. When we protested that this had not been mentioned earlier, they responded with ridiculous statements like, "You can ask for a refund then." On July 31, I paid the shipping fee via bank transfer and requested my products. They stated that the products would be delivered within 15-20 days. They said it could take up to 30 days when I called on the 20th day. On the 30th day, I called again, and they said it would be delivered in two weeks. It has now been approximately 45-50 days since I requested the products, and they have yet to be delivered. Despite contacting Bosch headquarters, no response or assistance has been provided. We are unable to move into our new home because our appliances have not arrived, and we are paying additional rent for another location. They've been bothering us for about two months.
