I don't know what to do about the Bosch store in Ankara. I bought a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a dishwasher on February 26, but I haven't gotten them yet. When I call the store, I never get through to someone who can help. They say they will call me back within 10 minutes, but they never do. They keep saying that the problem is with the Bosch factory and not with them. The kicker is that the fridge I bought in February doesn't even seem to be made anymore, but they still sell it in their stores. As a solution, they told me I could buy another fridge for another 4,000 TL. But, really, should I pay more to be tricked again?
