In October 2022, I purchased a Bosch brand dryer, but the dealer delayed shipping until we had the installation site ready. When we were completed, we were told to wait for factory production because the device was no longer in their possession. I wanted to upgrade to a higher model and pay the difference instead of waiting, but the dealer said we still had to wait for our original purchase. I was told by customer service that the device would be ready for installation in March, but the dealer did not follow up. When I went to the dealer, I was told that factory production had ended and that the information provided on their customer service line was incorrect. For a week, both the dealer and the Bosch brand were unable to find a solution, leaving me angry and disappointed.
