Bosch Delays Delivering Purchased Dryer for Over a Month

I got a Bosch dryer but it hasn't been delivered yet. I've been talking to Bosch for a month now and they keep saying they'll fix it soon, but they haven't yet. So, they called from the call center and were like, ", we forwarded your problem to the authorities, but we haven't made any progress yet." So, I called the company again yesterday and asked when they're gonna deliver my stuff. They said they can't give me a specific time so I won't get my hopes up. I bought it back in November 2022 and already paid for it, but they still haven't bothered to let me know when it's coming. I asked if they can give me something else instead of the product they couldn't provide? But, they still haven't done anything about it. I haven't received my product and there's no way to return it. The whole company ain't delivering the product I paid for. It's like, seriously? They can't even find a dryer to deliver to me in the entire country.
