I bought a Bosch dryer about a month ago. I have yet to receive the machine, but I am about to pay the second installment. When I called the dealer, they said they had no idea when it would arrive. Despite having the product in their possession, the Elazig dealer insisted on recommending a higher model. I took their advice and purchased the product, but I have yet to receive it, and I can't find anyone to talk to about a solution. I regret buying from Bosch and would not recommend it to anyone else. I'm not pleased with this purchase and am very disappointed. I'm angry because I trusted the dealer's advice and now I'm at a loss for what to do.
