Bosch Won't Send Authorized Service under the Pretext of High Demand!!
the Bosch washer-dryer I got on December 9, 2023, and it was delivered to my address on Tuesday, as informed by the salesperson. The same salesperson mentioned that the installation would take place based on the service availability and advised me to contact customer service. I called customer service and was informed that the installation would occur on Thursday, December 14, 2023, between 12:00 and 14:00. I took leave from work and waited, but no one showed up. After contacting customer service again, they explained that due to high demand, they couldn't make it on the specified day but assured me they would come later, which did not happen. I called once more, and they scheduled another appointment for December 15, 2023, between 12:00 and 14:00, yet they failed to show up again. I am frustrated with the brand's service, as I had to take leave from work twice, and they did not adhere to the scheduled appointments.
