No Refunds After Bosch Order Cancellation
I'm very unhappy with the lack of progress on my canceled order for a Bosch washing and drying machine, which I placed on their website more than a month ago. I called to cancel the order within half an hour of placing it. Nonetheless, despite the passage of more than a month, I have yet to receive my refund. When I contact them, I get generic responses that only serve to stall and frustrate me. This experience has strengthened my resolve to never work with Bosch again. I want my money back right away. Holding my money hostage without cause is illegal and unjust. This clearly constitutes a violation of my rights. Bosch must promptly resolve this issue and honor their obligation to refund my payment. It is critical that they address this matter as soon as possible.
