My Bosch Dryer Has Not Been Shipped For 22 Days ‼ ️

 I ordered this Bosch tumble dryer from their website on May 15th, 2023, and it's been like 22 days, but still no sign of it, either building it from scratch or bringing one from Germany...I've been calling and emailing them like crazy, stressing how important this is, but they keep saying they'll get back to me soon and then nothing happens, if you don't have it just say so, we have plans too. I work for the same brand that I'm dealing with, what an embarrassing situation for me, you expect me to sell your products to customer with promises like quick delivery and perfect customer service, really?? it's such a bummer that they can't even get their act together with customer service and delivering on time, I'll try to keep this to myself but at least here I can say they've got some work to do!
