Booking.com Hasn’t Refunded My Canceled Reservation After 2 Months


I canceled my reservation (ID: 4377906278) on September 29 and was eligible for a free refund. However, despite the cancellation being confirmed and Booking.com stating via email that the payment would be refunded, the amount was still charged to my credit card and has yet to be returned.
I can no longer send messages through the platform, and the provided customer service number is incorrect, making it impossible to resolve this issue. This experience has caused serious concerns about using Booking.com again in the future.
Booking.com, I demand an immediate refund and better customer support to address this matter. Waiting this long for a refund is unacceptable. Please resolve this issue without further delay.
