I Face Delayed Refund of €250 Deposit from Enterprise via Booking.com Car Rental

I rented a car through Booking.com from Enterprise at Munich Airport. During the rental process, €250 was taken from my credit card as a deposit, and I was informed that the amount was only blocked and would be refunded after the vehicle was returned. I returned the car on July 2 without any issues. According to the rental terms, the deposit should have been refunded to my account by July 30 at the latest.
However, as of today, I have still not received the refund. Neither Booking.com nor Enterprise has contacted me to provide any explanation or status update on the process. I even opened a support request with Booking.com, but no one has followed up or reached out to resolve the matter.
I am requesting the immediate refund of the €250 deposit to the credit card I used for payment, along with a clear update on why the delay occurred. This issue should be addressed without further excuses or delays.
