Enterprise Charged Me €530 for Small Dent and Never Refunded It
I rented a car through Booking.com from Enterprise at Sarajevo Airport (reservation number: 740270282). Although I chose this rental believing that minor damages were covered by insurance, €530 was charged to my credit card for a very small dent on the car door. When I returned the vehicle, I was told that this amount would later be refunded through the insurance. However, one year has passed, and I still have not received any refund.
During this time, I contacted both Booking.com and Enterprise multiple times via email. Each time, I received the same response — “your case is under review” — but no concrete solution was ever provided. I picked up and returned the vehicle at Sarajevo Airport, and the entire payment was made with my credit card.
It has now been a full year, and I still have not been reimbursed. I request that the €530 unfairly charged to my card be refunded immediately and that my complaint be properly addressed without further delay.
