Enterprise Kept My Deposit After I Returned My Peugeot Rental Car

I rented a Peugeot car from Enterprise (through Booking.com) in Dresden, Germany, on June 19, 2025, and returned it without any problems on June 25, 2025. I paid a €250 deposit at the time of rental. However, despite returning the car without any problems, the deposit has not been refunded to date. I have tried to contact customer service but have been unsuccessful.
