I Canceled My Booking.com Car Rental for Free but Still Haven’t Received My Refund

I rented a car through Booking.com with the assurance of free cancellation, and I canceled the reservation well within the allowed timeframe. However, despite following all the proper steps, I never received my refund.

I’ve tried repeatedly to reach Booking.com customer service, but there’s no clear way to speak with a real person. I sent emails and received no response. For such a large global platform, this level of silence and inaccessibility is unacceptable.

It should not be this difficult to get help or recover your money—especially when you cancel according to the terms. People trust Booking.com because of its supposed reliability, but this experience has left me frustrated and completely unsupported.

I am requesting an immediate refund in ₺ for the canceled rental and demand that Booking.com improves its customer service channels. Don’t leave users in the dark when your system fails to deliver on promises.
