Hostinger Suspended My Account and Disabled All Customer Websites

I work as a freelancer on the Hostinger platform, providing web development, software development, and various digital services. My Hostinger account, registered under g**************@gmail.com, was suspended on November 2, 2026, for what I believe are unfounded reasons. The account contains both my own business websites and the websites of corporate clients for whom I actively provide services.

At Hostinger's request, I submitted all the required documents for identity verification, including an electricity bill, a government-issued civil registration record with an e-Government barcode, a selfie holding my ID, and payment receipts. Despite providing all the requested documents in full, my account has still not been reinstated.

Furthermore, Hostinger accused me of "manipulation" based on the discount coupons I provided to my customers through the Hostinger Affiliate Program. I strongly reject this allegation. There has been absolutely no deceptive activity or fraudulent conduct. All transactions were carried out with the full knowledge and at the explicit request of my customers.

Even if Hostinger believes there has been a violation of its affiliate commission rules, I am willing to forgo the earnings in question and accept their reversal. However, completely blocking access to my account panel and to corporate websites that have already been paid for and are actively operating is unreasonable and is causing serious harm.

This suspension is affecting not only my personal projects but also the businesses of my corporate clients, who depend on their websites to continue their commercial activities.

To resolve this matter urgently, I demand that Hostinger immediately reinstate the account registered under g**************@gmail.com, reactivate all customer websites associated with it, and remove all access restrictions. I also request a clear, detailed written explanation of the reasons for the suspension and the specific grounds for the manipulation allegation.

I expect Hostinger to review this matter fairly and take immediate action to prevent further damage to my business and my clients' operations.
