BDG Game Blocked My Account and Withheld ₹2,200

I have a serious problem with my BDG Game account and I am requesting urgent help. Today I deposited 1,000 into my BDG Game account, then I requested a withdrawal of 2,000 and another withdrawal of 200. Right after these transactions, my account suddenly got locked and now the login screen shows “Error: 116 User has been locked”. At the moment I cannot access my account at all and a total of 2,200 of my money is stuck inside. My BDG Game account is registered with the number 95654921** and I want to get back full access to my account and my funds. I kindly request that my account be checked, the lock on my user be removed as soon as possible, and that I be allowed either to continue using my account normally or to withdraw my full balance without any further problems. I also ask you to inform me clearly about the reason why my account was locked.
