Booking.com Charged for a Canceled Booking and Still Hasn’t Refunded Me
I booked and fully paid for a room through Booking.com over 15 days ago, but when I arrived, I couldn’t check in. The property owner had canceled the reservation and told me I could get a refund directly from Booking.com. However, it’s been over a month, and I still haven’t received my refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact Booking.com, there has been no resolution or update. This level of unresponsiveness is extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a service of this scale. I trusted Booking.com with my plans, and this experience has been a huge letdown. I demand an immediate refund of my room fee (₺) and an explanation for this delay!
