Booking.com Canceled My Room Without Reason and Won’t Refund My Payment

On February 11, 2025, I made a hotel reservation through Booking.com and paid ₺4,280.86 in full. Without providing any reason, my booking was canceled—and although I received an email from Booking.com confirming that a refund had been approved, the money was never returned to my account.
I’ve reached out to Booking.com multiple times via email, but all I get in response are vague and unhelpful replies like “we couldn’t see the payment.” No explanation, no effort to investigate further.
For a company that operates on a global scale, this kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. I followed all the steps, made the payment, and now I’m left without a room and without my money.
Booking.com, I demand that you process my refund immediately and put an end to this unjust situation. I will no longer be using your platform and will warn others to be cautious.
