Booking.com Charged Me €96 for a Canceled Refundable Reservation

I made a fully refundable reservation through Booking.com for an international trip. However, after my plans changed, I canceled the reservation as allowed. Despite this, Booking.com charged me €96. I have repeatedly emailed them and submitted the required forms, but it has been 11 days with no response, no refund, and no resolution.
Their lack of communication is extremely frustrating. The only listed contact number in Turkey is incorrect, making it impossible to reach them by phone. I expected better from a platform like Booking.com. I urgently request my refund to be processed immediately and for their customer service team to address my issue without further delay. This situation is unacceptable and needs to be resolved promptly.
