Booking.com Failed to Refund €350 Car Rental Deposit Despite Proper Return

In August 2024, I rented a car through Booking.com for my trip to Lesbos. I returned the vehicle on time, with no damage, a full tank of fuel, and all conditions met. However, the €350 deposit taken at the start of the rental has not been refunded.
I have contacted Booking.com’s customer support multiple times via messages and calls, but despite my efforts, the deposit has still not been returned. This level of service is unacceptable, especially given that I followed all the terms of the rental agreement.
I demand an immediate refund of my €350 deposit and expect Booking.com to address this issue promptly. Failing to resolve this undermines customer trust and damages their reputation.
