Between September 8 and September 11, 2025, I rented a Skoda Kamiq through Booking.com from Enterprise Macedonia, picking up and returning the vehicle at Skopje Airport. I returned the car in perfect condition, and at drop-off, the staff confirmed that there were no issues and that my deposit would be fully refunded.
A deposit of 18,000 Macedonian denars was charged to my credit card at the time of rental. According to Booking.com’s official policy, the refund deadline was October 9, 2025, but as of today, the deposit has still not been returned to my account.
I have contacted Booking.com customer service multiple times, but I have not received any assistance or a clear explanation. I am only requesting that my deposit be refunded immediately, as the car was returned without any damages or violations.
