Booking.com Reservation Was Not Honored at Holiday Inn Miami International

I made a hotel reservation via Booking.com for HOLIDAY INN MIAMI INTERNATIONAL for the dates April 10–13, with a total cost of 546. When I arrived, I was informed that the hotel was overbooked and could not accommodate me, so I had to book another hotel myself at the last minute. After contacting the hotel/Booking.com about this problem, I was told that I would receive a credit, but I do not find this solution acceptable because I paid 546 for a service I did not receive and had to arrange alternative accommodation on my own. A credit does not cover the actual financial loss and disruption I experienced. I therefore kindly request a full refund of the 546 I paid for the reservation at HOLIDAY INN MIAMI INTERNATIONAL that could not be honored. I expect this refund to be processed as soon as possible and to be informed in writing once it has been completed.
