I booked and fully paid for a stay in Midilli via Booking.com for the dates May 17–19, 2025. When we arrived at the hote...l at the official check-in time of 3:00 PM, we were told the room had already been given to another couple who had only made a reservation—but hadn’t paid yet. Despite the fact th
