Booking.com! When Will I Get My Refund!
I made a reservation through Booking.com for a stay at Hampton Inn from 13 to 16 May. However, when we arrived, the hotel appeared to have overlooked or not properly processed our reservation, so we were unable to check in as planned. Because of this, we were forced to book another hotel at the last minute in order to have a place to stay. I contacted Booking.com customer service regarding this situation, and they informed me that they would get back to me, but so far I have not received a final solution. I am requesting a full refund for this failed reservation, and I also expect Booking.com to take responsibility for the inconvenience caused by the hotel not honoring the booking. I would like this issue to be investigated and my refund to be processed as soon as possible.
