I booked a property through Booking.com, but when I arrived, the host didn't give me the keys, leaving me stranded on the street. They didn't respond to any of my messages. I asked them to call me, but they never did. Booking.com has seriously let me down. Despite trying to contact the host directly, I got no resolution. This experience was incredibly stressful and unacceptable. I plan to dispute the charge with my bank. Booking.com, please address this issue immediately and provide a full refund. My confirmation number is 4948.214.142. I rely on your platform for reliable accommodations, and this situation has been a major inconvenience. I expect prompt action to resolve this matter.
