Booking.com Refund Stuck - Blocked Property Host Refuses to Cancel
Hello, I’m writing regarding my reservation #6365824456. Initially, Booking.com informed me that my cancellation had been processed. However, the status now shows “in progress” and indicates that the property needs to reply. The property has already contacted me directly, stating: “Hello, I apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, Booking.com has blocked our host account, and we no longer have access to it.” Since the property confirmed they cannot manage their Booking.com account, it’s clear they are unable to handle this reservation. Therefore, I request a full refund immediately, as this situation is beyond my control and the service I paid for cannot be provided. Please confirm the full refund as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and prompt assistance.
