Booking.com Won’t Refund My Canceled Reservation – No Customer Support
I made a hotel reservation through Booking.com, specifically choosing a stay with a free cancellation policy. However, despite canceling within the allowed time, I never received my refund.
The hotel has fully charged my credit card, and I have already confirmed with my bank that no refund was processed. To make things worse, I cannot reach Booking.com by phone—there is no real customer support to speak with. I submitted a complaint message, but am I just supposed to wait indefinitely for a response?
This is completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund for my canceled reservation and a proper resolution from Booking.com.
