Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my reservation at Hotel Ilion Petra in Lesvos with reservation number 4832778189. Despite being offered a free cancellation option, an unexpected 50% prepayment was charged five months in advance, resulting in an unjustified deduction of 112 TL from my bank account. This occurred even though no product or service was acquired, as the reservation was canceled free of charge. I firmly believe that this financial loss incurred through the free cancellation option, where no product or service was utilized, falls under the responsibility of Booking.com. Therefore, I kindly request a prompt refund of the deducted amount. Looking forward to your swift action on this matter.
