Postepay Evolution Card Hit by Fraudulent €55 Transaction

On December 17, 2025 at 10:52 AM, I noticed that €55.00 was withdrawn from my Postepay Evolution card without my knowledge or consent. The transaction appears on my statement with the description “Polyteo Doncaster presso shopping e servisi.” I absolutely did not make this purchase, I did not give my card to anyone, and I did not approve this transaction in any way.
This €55 was the last remaining money in my account. In fact, it had been lent to me so that I could make basic purchases, because I am currently in serious financial difficulty and I have a young child. I truly need this money to meet my child’s basic needs and to buy food.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted the bank and submitted the necessary dispute, and I also filed a formal complaint. Despite this, the money has not yet been refunded. I am requesting that this unauthorized transaction be urgently investigated, that the €55 withdrawn from my card be refunded to my account as soon as possible, and that the hardship I am experiencing during this process be taken into consideration. Given my sensitive situation and my child’s needs, I respectfully ask that this investigation and refund be handled urgently.
