Paysafecard Suddenly Blocks Account and Holds €50 Balance

My Paysafecard.com account was suddenly blocked, causing me a loss of €50. A €50 PIN balance in my account was blocked. Even though I am a registered and fully verified customer, my account was restricted. If there was an issue, my login should have been blocked or my account canceled—yet I don’t understand why the money was taken and then blocked. If needed, the money could have been refunded or transferred to someone else. What does it mean to seize someone’s money like this?
I sent my bank details, but I have received no response and no follow-up. I am unable to get any answer from Paysafecard. It appears that many people’s money is being held in this way. My email address is d******@hotmail.com.**
