I Face Unauthorized Booking Cancellation and $125 Deduction on Booking.com

I made a 6-night reservation on Booking.com for July 7–13, paying a $140 prepayment as part of the booking process. Without any prior notice or consent, Booking.com canceled my reservation, claiming they could not collect the remaining payment. Even worse, they deducted $125 from my initial payment despite the cancellation not being initiated by me.
I never intended to cancel my reservation and was never contacted to resolve the payment issue before they proceeded with the cancellation. This has caused me both financial loss and the complete disruption of my vacation plans. Adding to my frustration, I could not reach any real person from Booking.com to address this problem, leaving me without support during this stressful situation.
I urgently request Booking.com to restore my reservation or offer an equivalent alternative and fully refund the unfairly deducted $125. This situation must be resolved immediately to prevent further inconvenience and to restore my trust in your platform. Please take this matter seriously and provide a fair resolution without delay.
